Background
Origin
These former soldiers were fully devoted to their liege, whose lust for power led them to an early demise. They now serve the same sacred grounds they were responsible for defiling, being bound to them by an Ancestral curse.
The battered armor pieces that remain fastened to their bodies have withstood the trials of war, together with the surprisingly sharp blades they still wield, as one would expect from fine craftsmanship that can be traced back to Royalty.
